Return Policy
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer exchange or refund.

We inspect all items prior to shipping. In an event, you have received a defective item from us, please take a picture of the defective item pointing out the defect and send an e-mail to info@traditionallibas.com or via WhatsApp at 647.786.5928 within 48 hours of purchase. We answer all customer support e-mails within 24 business hours.

If a refund needs to be processed, it can take up to seven business days to complete and post to your statement. We only refund to the payment method it was initially paid for (i.e. refund to a credit card if paid by a credit card, or email money transfer if order was processed via email).

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if an item received is defective. We encourage all our customers to ask for measurements as sizes can vary between sizes (i.e. size medium can have different measurements across various brands we carry). Measurements are also posted underneath each post.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processing has begun we are unable to cancel it. We immediately begin to process orders after they have been placed. If it has been within 24 hours of placing your order you can e-mail us at info@traditionalibas.com or via WhatsApp at 647.786.5928 to see if we are able to stop your order from processing. We make no guarantees that we can stop the order from processing.

We will contact you right away if the available size is not available in-stock due to an offline sale as our online and offline systems do not sync in real-time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please make sure to give us your correct shipping address and have your item sent to a secure location to ensure it is delivered without risk of theft.

Once a package has been scanned as delivered, we are unable to pursue a claim on your behalf and cannot recoup the value of the package.

If the package has been lost in transit and has not been scanned as delivered, we are happy to place a claim on your behalf with the courier. A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier has finished the claim investigation process. We will not send a replacement or issue a refund due to delayed shipping.
